Cold process materials such as modified bitumens and cut-back asphalts respond favorably to an increase in temperature. The viscosity of the fluid becomes more efficient and allows it to be delivered through longer lengths of hose and with greater effectiveness at the point of airless atomization. The Hennes-Johnson model 4520A with built in heater provides a significant 20 - 25 degree boost in fluid temperature giving you peak performance from a single pump package. The built in heater can be pre-warmed using our 120 volt, 2000 watt electric heating element so that you’ll have instant warm material from start to finish. The 4520A includes all of the features found on the Hennes-Johnson standard model 4520 including the tough tested 20hp Honda engine and Xtreme Pump System combination. Easy to use dashboard controls and gauges make operating this pump simple and efficient.
